Dear Harmeet,Thank you for leaving some feedback.We do appreciate if the above concern was informed to the Front desk once you came into the room however you stayed in the room for 2 hours and decided to come down, checked out and called Expedia for a refund. We have offered a room move, but unfortunately you walked out and choose to get your refund. For any hotels you will stay in the future apart from our hotel, I wish to have you a courtesy of informing Front Desk right away instead of delaying them. We tried resolving problem to our level best.
