Overall my stay was good. Accessing the hotel from the underground parking elevators was confusing — There is no direct access and I had to walk halfway around the building outside, and when I called the front desk for assistance, I was told “There’s an elevator and another elevator. You can ask the Starbucks staff for directions”. My room was in a hallway that had a set of steps I had to go up and down with two heavy suitcases, and each time I left and returned to my room — This was difficult for me because I have a minor mobility impairment. I never ask for an accessible room because I don’t need those amenities (and I don’t want to take a room away from someone who does), but if I’d known in advance that the hallway outside my room had stairs I would have requested a different room location.

The staff was lovely and the text line was very helpful when ordering food/asking questions about the fees & such. Area was great besides a few sketchy moments, but didn’t feel unsafe to an extreme point! Overall such a lovely stay, and the balconies on the top floor were amazing with breathtaking views!

Awesome place to stay downtown, close to many amenities. Pool is stellar! Staff was hands down best hotel staff ive come across in years. Will be back for my next stay-cation!
