APARTMENT Ground Level Studio (312 sq ft) Extremely clean! Just 5 minutes walking to the marina and 15 to Medano Beach! Excellent restaurants and clubs nearby!
Private bathroom, large closet, memory foam mattress, sofa bed, iron, safe and blackout curtains for a better rest.
Kitchen equipped with stove, pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, etc. Stocked with oil, sugar, salt & pepper, coffee & tea.
We also provide shampoo, soap, body cream and antibacterial gel.

Short stay

This quiet and cozy property had all ammenities waiting for us. There is a little library where tou can borrow a book located in the quiet coutyard. I would stay here again

Great Stay

We stayed here for 5 weeks! Loved it! Only a short walk to the main strip, 20 mins to the beach, and far enough away from the party noise of the main strip. Lots of nearby grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Genesis is a great resource for everything. Definitely stay here again.
