He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. "It was a one night stay and we were welcomed from the very beginning and given helpful information on local attractions by Mohammed at the reception. The tepidarium, sauna and steam room were excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
