"Reception and concierge staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. Again, staff were excellent with excellent attention to detail. Bar staff were great and our pizza and fries in the bar were lovely and arrived in no time at all. We love staying here because the location is brilliant for walking, sightseeing and within close reach of public transportation."

"My stay was amazing! Although the rooms were a bit tiny ot was very clean. The amenities were adequate but a refrigerator would have been perfect. The staff was warm and inviting. Two staff members stood out. The first person we met was Shiobhon who was warm, welcoming and inviting. Felt like she was an old friend. Mirza in the dinning room with his great big, welcoming smile went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed, including Coffee Creamer. I will definitely return! I highly recommend this hotel."
