"The hotel was great. Check in was a little slow and the staff member went to check if our room was clean. Checked us in and room wasn’t cleaned when we went upstairs. Came back down got another room and the keys didn’t work. Back downstairs and finally got the keys and room. Other than the check in process hotel was great and convenient to where we needed to go. "

It is a tiny little mountain town that has become my daughter's second home. Everyone is so lovely. The local places on King Street are treasures. There are enough big stores to get pretty much anything you need. Although a Target would be nice.

Beech Mountain resort was fun for sledding and skiing. The drive up the mountain was exciting too. The town has plenty of choices for any shopping or dining needs and there are plenty of activities around. We will be back.

Late October in Boone is the perfect time to visit. The air is crisp and the fall colors are vibrant. The theme of this hotel fits very well with my opinion of Boone. Very relaxing. This place is good for the soul.

Boone was larger and much busier than I expected. I ended up spending a lot of time in the Blowing Rock area and would stay there if I visit the area again. Really nice little mountain town.

Great medium-sized town. It has aspects of both a university town and a resort. Good place for families.

Boone is a wonderful place to be. We went to Hawks Nest tubing and had great fun!
"Our family of four stayed here for our final trip of the summer before school starts. We loved the breakfast and little touches like bottled water in the front lobby. The rooms and facility were clean and updated. Would highly recommend to all!"
"Bed was not super comfortable. Inner spring mattress…? Bed felt somewhat hard and uncomfortable- but linens were clean and comfy and bed wasn’t impossible to sleep in- just wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in- not a deal breaker and I’d stay again. I think it is an area that could be improved. "
