Ac ddnt keep room cool. Opened window 40 degrees outside. Made for long night. Breakfast wasnt worth getting and walking down the hall for. Just went across street to hardees. Thankfully pet friendly but not much space for dog on the side of a mountain hill. Id try another place next time to see if i could get a better experience. Great tv channel selection. Some good football games on.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. My biggest issue was the breakfast. We like to stay somewhere that has a decent breakfast so we don’t have to stop first thing in the morning. They had juice/coffee, boiled eggs, microwaveable sausage biscuits, muffins, pre sliced bagels. They also had a waffle machine. The first day was ok, we ate what they had and it served the purpose. The second day the microwave was broke and the waffle mix was so thin that it was just burning and not filling in the waffle. It wasn’t a case of add more mix because the mix was like water. So, we had to leave and find somewhere to eat breakfast. Other than that the stay was ok.

I liked the breakfast. The cart I used to carry my stuff to the room was not moving properly due to a worn out tire. It was frustrating to use that cart since it was the only available cart.

It's a pet friendly hotel and it smells like one really really bad. The hallway carpet is badly stained and smells like animal feces. But the staff is very very nice.

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, on our first night, the room had a musty odor and damp carpet (throughout the room). We were able to move to another room on our second night but this second room also had a musty odor and damp carpet throughout the room. We associated this problem with the air conditioning units which cooled the rooms but did not remove the humid air. We will not stay in this hotel again!

The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!
