"The bedroom is nice. The bathroom is smaller but clean. The living area is fine and the fireplace is a cool touch. The balcony view is not much. The loft had a bed and a futon that was suited just fine for kids. Staff was very nice. Cool little cabin feel that we will come back to."

"Delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mountaineer Log Cabin! Its location was perfect—close enough to town for easy access to the shops we needed, our son’s apartment, and Kidd Brewer Stadium. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare delicious homemade meals during our stay, and we felt completely at home.I loved watching the deer roaming through the field every morning and evening. We also appreciated being just 15 minutes from the wonderful Boone Fork Trail, a scenic 7.5-mile loop. We will absolutely try to book this cabin again the next time we visit the area."
