"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When we arrived water hardly worked. We immediately contacted host who responded right away but lead us to believe the problem was not a big deal and would be solved quickly. He also did not inform us that a water issue would allow us to have VRBO rebook us somewhere else! To make a long, painful experience short, the water never worked. We had to book a hotel room so the 6 of us could take showers before the family wedding we needed to attend. Host offered us 2 nights refund if we left but we trusted him to fix the problem. That was our mistake, we should have left. We didn’t. Host said he would compensate us but his offer was 150 back of our 1,000 payment for 3 days of an incredibly uncomfortable, unacceptable experience."

"Everything about the house was very good and as expected. I did have two issues that frustrated me. The propane tank for the grill was essentially empty. We had planned to grill so this was frustrating. Also, The Management company sent me 14 emails within 24 hours of making the reservation. I thought that was excessive and annoying. They also required an additional contract beyond what VRBO requires. The house itself, and everything else was exactly as advertised."
