"The unit was nicely decorated with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable; however, the smaller room's bed had leaves in the sheets and dirt or mud on the rug. The information shared on the website stated two sets of steps, but didn't clearly describe that there were a lot of very steep steps with little lighting. It was a hard and treacherous climb down in the dark. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it was close enough to ASU to be convenient, but I wouldn't recommend this...

The only slight negative was the communication with host / property manager via Vrbo app. I requested early check in but there was no acknowledgement to this request, as a result I could not take a risk of coming early with my infant. "The front desk lady asked what floor did I want to be on. I didn’t have a preference but she did make sure our friends were across the hall on the second floor. The breakfast is on the second floor so this was great! Hotel is in a great location for all the mountain area activities."
