"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "A fantastic stay from start to finish! We received a lovely warm welcome and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a fridge and iron provided. The bed was really comfy and the rainfall shower was excellent. We also enjoyed the lovely bar area, and the free parking was very convenient. The cooked breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"The suite was spacious and well appointed and the location was fantastic - walking distance to great pubs, bars and restaurants as well as Blenheim Palace. The suite contained a King size bed, a sofa and a separate seating area. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication at check-in and we were not told we MUST leave the hanger on the door if we want our room cleaned. So we arrived back in the evening to find it not made up, which was disappointing. We spoke to the front desk but the cleaning staff had left for the day. Jade, who is extraordinary, and seamlessly and cheerfully covers everything from the bar to breakfast, took it upon herself to clean the room for us - and gifted us a bottle of bubbly. Overall a great experience - but remember to put out your room hanger!"
