"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "

"Suited my needs. There are a lot of shops and restaurants to buy food from. There is very limited parking spaces but there is an alternative carpark (average) 5 minutes walk away from the hotel."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Harcourt Arms. On arrival we were shown to a much bigger room than we were expecting. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso machine and lovely tea bags in the room. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Extremely clean throughout. Fantastic bar with so much choice. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend. "

"The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating here, and the food is lovely. Perhaps some of the rooms are looking tired??... Or conversely is it just patina 😇... Which ever way you look at it, they are always clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room... Thank you staff for another enjoyable few nights stay...👍"
