Book a St Bees Cottage

"Good base for accessing Lake District."

"We had a fabulous stay and owners and staff very pleasant thanks very much Caroline"

"Lovely stay in a nice quiet little town"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was very attentive to our needs, property was very cosy and warm, and ideally located for local amenities and touring the area. We will return!"

"This is a very small converted milking palour that is really only suitable for a night or two's stay. While the bathroom is well equiped, it is small with zero shelfing. The bedroom is cramped with one small recess that is unusalble because it's behind the bedside table. There is a third bed, but that's in teh main living area, so if the person using that bed wants to go to sleep, everyone has to go to sleep! Due to the bed in the living space, there's no table to sit at, so if you did want...

"Flat was excellent . Took a bit to work out how to get into the place . Probably me rather than the instructions. "

"Was a great little stay with a beautiful scenery and a lovely interior. With a cozy log burner for those cold nights, comfy bed, however struggled to find the property in the dark as google maps lied, so keep an eye out for a yellow sign for the shepherds hut on the way to the actual spring meadows on the map"

"Absolutely fabulous place to stay.Everything provided by very friendly hostsGreat area to explore"

"Lovely unique little property ideal for a relaxing getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can see me returning."

"A lovely spacious cottage and beautifully decorated. It’s hidden away in a courtyard garden, very pretty. We come up to Cockermouth quite often to see relatives, so we hope to book again soon."
