"Excellent location right on the Great Shropshire Canal. Large, modern, clean room. Helpful and efficient staff. Bed was okay but a bit too soft for my taste. Will definitely use again but would avoid staying on the first floor, as the only drawback was our room was directly above a gym which started exercise classes at 6:30am with accompanying loud, bassymusic."

"Bedrooms and front of house staff were very good. The yellow submarine cocktail is outstanding. The spa is a lot more average. It took almost 40 mins for drinks to get delivered to the pool. A pool with steam room/sauna/salt room being described as a thermal suite is a bit generous! The relaxation room is also noisy."
