Location is about as central as it gets - easy to walk around the city centre and enjoy Liverpool’s offerings. "Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "
