"Rooms are generously sized and have a kitchenette - I didn't use this but can see it being very helpful for a family. I had an accessible room but didn't actually need it, the bathroom was very big. Shower nice but the tiles were a bit ugly and seemed dirty - I think due to their style. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was almost undrinkable it was so bad and there is no real eggs. Pastries were stale and dry. I just had a piece of fruit on the second day as I didn't really fancy it."

"We loved the location close to lime street station and options to eat Very comfortable room really nice bed and bathroom plenty of space when travelling really clean Nice bar with happy hour and breakfast was buffet style and great value We had dinner one night and it was yummy"

"Hotel was excellent. Bright reception & friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were a good size & beds/pillows were comfy. Location was great, close to centre & docks.The early bag drop was very helpful & no bother to staff, definitely helped to let us get on with our day. Breakfast was good and is open later than other hotels. I will be recommending & booking again for Liverpool stays."

"The hotel its self is very grand and impressive. Parking is limited but there’s another car park literally over the road. Check-in was easy although a little noisy. It’s hard not to be impressed with such an amazing historical building. The room was absolutely massive. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great choice of fresh pastry’s and the hot selection was of really good quality. Would definitely like to rerun again. "
