A very well run friendly place to stay. The free parking and easy walking distance to the centre of Liverpool make this hotel perfect for a visit to this fantastic city. The rooms are small but adequate and if you are lucky youโ€™ll get a room with a view of the water.

Thereโ€™s lots to like about this hotel - free parking, friendly welcoming staff, tea/coffee in the bar that you donโ€™t need to pay for because itโ€™s the same as those provides in the rooms, ear plugs but we couldnโ€™t hear any road noise, clean rooms, and walkable to the centre and docks. The bathroom is compact but it does its job! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to both the Albert Docks area and the city centre. It is also situated right on a waterfront, so beautiful views from the back of the hotel and dining area. We found all staff at this hotel to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of both food and hot/cold drinks. On-site parking is also very convenient and felt secure. All in all, excellent!

Fabulous place on the dockside with an easy walk to Pier Head, about ten to fifteen minutes. Excellent parking on site and a lovely bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. The room was spotless and great for a short city stay with all you need. Above all, the staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent, check in was easy and we recieved exactly what we asked for - disabled parking bay and accessible room. Breakfast staff were superb and checkout easy.
