"Wonderful resort with many options for meals. We didn’t do any nightlife fun so don’t know how that was but we had so much fun in the many pools, the beach and pool bars. Helpful staff were everywhere and were always happy to help. Planning a trip back soon!"

Her service was exceptional — always attentive, friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. She made every dining experience feel special, and her positive energy never went unnoticed. We also want to recognize Gustavo for doing such an amazing job taking care of us at all of the restaurants. He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The level of hospitality we received from everyone was truly outstanding. "In general living at the resort is great but, the staff is not helpful. My room (4207) door was locked for 3 days, I went to front desk for several time to open the door or change the room they just send a security to unlock the door but it did not open after we come out. I used the balcony and window to enter as thief'. There are a lot of staff but none helped. I went down for my 2 years old's birthday and mother day weekend and we (2 toddler and a couple) got a great gift of kicked out of the room for 3 days. Later I guessed that, they wanted to sell their membership and I denied and they wanted to give me a hard time. Not trusting to management and not coming to Sirenis ever in any location. "

"Property is beautiful, staff was polite. The food could improve but I don’t eat a lot of things so someone else may enjoy some of the more unique choices."

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "
