The rooms were super clean. Very quiet place. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean sheets, clean towels. Pool was clean and beautiful. And the owner; he was a delight to chat with. Very helpful with everything. Definitely a spot worth to visit again.

The property was clean, the staff was very respectful, and the maintenance was handled well. Since this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, I didn't expect daily room cleaning, which was perfectly fine. However, the yard was always kept very clean. The service was generally good, but I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 due to a few issues with supplies and utilities. Occasionally, we ran out of basic supplies like soap and toilet paper. I had to text the manager to ask for more, but sometimes they were busy or didn't respond right away. I often had to wait until I saw them in the evening when I returned from going out to get the items. Additionally, we experienced a major electricity issue for three to four days. Because of this, we had to sleep in hot weather, which was quite uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the respectful staff and clean environment made it a good stay overall. I would recommend it, but suggest future guests confirm utility reliability beforehand.

Upon arrival at night, the surrounding neighborhood may feel a bit unfamiliar, as it’s a local residential area with people out and about. However, once inside the property, it feels private and comfortable, and by daylight everything felt completely safe. The property looks very similar to the photos. The rooms are basic but spacious, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. While the water was not very hot, it did not take away from the overall experience. What truly stood out was the outdoor patio space. The pools, bar, hammocks, lounge chairs, and fresh coconuts created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The staff, especially Gennesy (apologies if misspelled), was warm and welcoming and made the stay feel very friendly. Meals are cooked to order, served hot, and well seasoned, and the homemade local breakfast was excellent. I would absolutely return and wasn’t ready to leave.

We checked out of our resort a few days early to explore the local area and booked two nights at The Patio. The room was clean and a comfortable size. Breakfast was included, and the hotel can also prepare other meals upon request for an additional charge. There’s a small swimming pool with a poolside bar, although we didn’t spend much time there. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. The shower water wasn’t very hot, but it was still acceptable given the warm, humid weather. Overall, for the price, this hotel offers very good value. I would rate it 4 out of 5. The only improvements I would suggest are providing fresh towels daily — we did not receive pool towels, so we found ourselves a bit short — and offering a water dispenser or water cooler in the rooms (or at least in a shared common area). The property is currently expanding with a new building under construction, which suggests continued improvement in the future. If you are traveling on a budget and looking for a clean and comfortable stay, I would recommend The Patio.

The room felt outdated and could use some significant improvements. The bathroom only had a curtain on a rod instead of a proper door, and the toilet was leaking, so I had to turn off the water to it. The pool filter also wasn’t running until later that evening, On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the outside areas were clean. The location is right in town, and while it may work well for local travelers, driving in with children did not make us feel particularly comfortable.

Hennessey was such a great helper if you’re thinking about staying here, go ahead and book we stayed at an all-inclusive 15 minutes away close by so this was our one day stay and honestly, we had better service here. Food is amazing. People are so humble around. We were a little bit iffy about walking around the town but honestly, the people are so nice and so sweet and humble. It’s honestly cheaper to buy things around this area if you want something more of seeing the real side of Dominican Republic? This is it

It's a wonderful place wish I had friends or a rental car to move around the stay would have been more enjoyable.if you don't need to spend a lot of money on taxi fare stay closer to the airport it cost me 70usd from the airport to hotel
