Great family resort! Everything is well-maintained and there is a wonderful variety of food with five restaurants and a buffet. My only complaint is the snack areas, which often ran out of staples like fries and sauces. The bars could also use some improvement. Overall, a good stay!

Our overall stay was lovely. We really enjoyed our suite, with its wrap around balcony and view of the pool area and beach/ocean. Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive, though room service was quite slow. The pool areas and waterpark were really nice -- plenty of chairs, umbrellas and opportunity to be in or out of the sun. The food, overall, was a bit disappointing, though there were some good items and dining experiences. Bar service throughout the resort was very good. Great experiences always available for young kids who are into the Nickelodean characters. There were many things offered that were an upcharge, and lots of solicitation for time share presentations. We enjoyed this family vacation.

We loved the aqua nick waterpark and the various swim up bars. However, the food quality and choices were average and disappointing. The service was hit and miss. Half the time, some staff there gave off the feeling that i am bothering them when i ask for service which is very off-putting. The other half was good warm service. Overall, unless your kid loves Nickelodeon or the waterpark, i would not recommend this over other resorts.

If you’re looking for an all-inclusive where dinner feels like a competitive survival sport, Nickelodeon Punta Cana is unmatched. Half the restaurants disappear each night on a baffling rotation, and getting a table between 6:30-7:30 only happens if you complain. The food is consistently mediocre, the staff appear chronically disorganized, and basic items are perpetually “unavailable.” The ice cream shop for example, closed early one day, other day ran out of spoons until both soft serve and hard ice cream fridge went broken for 3 days. Opening and closing times are not respected and half the activities never executed. It’s astonishing how a resort charging premium prices delivers an experience that feels so spectacularly undermanaged.

It was our second time at the hotel. The first time was way more better than this time. They lack of activities for children's in the area of the pools and in the main plaza where all the restaurants are. The air conditioners on the rooms were deficient, they didn't get the room cool at all. Food was ok. Overall was a good experienced but could be better. Walmer at the aqua nick was awesome, very attentive.

Staff were great, very friendly, always willing to help and guide. There are not much activities for kids - you have to pay for pretty much everything unless you just want to be at the pool or wait for the night shows that start at 8pm when most of the kids are really sleeping. Only 1 buffet breakfast open every day, and same for lunch.. unless again you want to pay for breakfast with the characters etc. We were a bit disappointed, I feel like they should have had more entertainment during the day all around the hotel.

Facilities are amazing. The staff was very nice and attentive. But I think the hotel is missing the nickelodeon magic. There must be more presence of the characters around the facilities and more theme character decorations. There are different schedule per day for meet and greet the caracter but you must confirm it with the staff. We had a bad experience to meet Spongebob and Patrick. It was schedule to be at 6:30pm but actually was at 6pm. Also the TMNT dinner and Paw Patrol breakfast is at extra cost. But be careful because they offer this at no extra charge if you took a 90 minutes presentation of benefits to travel with the hotel chain. We did this and we loose a whole morning listing to this presentation, which at the end was a very expensive. But if you are into traveling a lot using big chain hotels you might consider it. But in overall the hotel is very beautiful, the food was really good, more than I expected for a all inclusive hotel, and the pool and the AquaNick park was very good

Room was clean Staff were only nice while trying to sell you things. Pools are great. ROOM SWIM UP closes at the same time the main pool closes 6-7pm which is ridiculous. You pay so much money so your children can enjoy swim up pools just for security to tell you at 7:05pm it’s too late and the swim up pool at YOUR ROOM is also CLOSED. Food is a 4 out of 10. Restaurants are a disaster. First thing they tell you at the door is you can’t make reservations but in reality you do. Buffet is NOT open all day. You have a schedule time to eat if NOT you’re not eating!! I will NEVER go again! 8-10 breakfast, 1-3 lunch ~and dinner 6-9

My stay was for 3 nights and my room was not cleaned at all. A bit disappointed that the rooms looked a bit outdated but very nice and modern online. I did not feel like the hotel staff was engaging or helpful during our stay. I would often see them in groups laughing and talking to one another. The food needs a lot of improvement. And the activities for children should be more entertaining. There should be a variety of activities throughout the day that actually occur. I found myself paying for entertainment but it is advertised as an all inclusive resort. Upon check out they debated with me about a charge and activity that I did not do. I was very upset and no one apologized or even asked about my stay. My kid had fun but as an adult I’m a bit disappointed. There’s nothing for the children to do after 6pm-7pm. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this resort again.

Staff was very promising but would not come through. Room service would take hours to deliver food or any item requested. I waited over 10 hrs and called 3 different times to have a crib brought up for my kid. It seemed that their only concern was getting us to attend a presentation to commit to their travel agency. The food portions at the restaurants were super small. Be also prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING. The bar staff were super nice specially the ones by the pool.

Great for kids because they don’t mind bad service and horrible logistics for the restaurants and golf carts transportation. It was really complicated to eat at the restaurants always full, long waitlists and subpar service with an exception of a few waiters. Watery drinks and cold food at the bars and the buffet. Tip buy bottled water they only leave 4 stocked at the beginning of the stay if you want additional it’s a hassle getting them, there’s no bottled water available at the restaurants or bars only through concierge and very limited. The beach is a red flag high waves dangerous and full of sargassum. My kid enjoyed it tough so no regrets on that end. Not for kids over 12 they will get bored after a night or two.
