It’s a kid friendly resort and the staff are so nice and kind. The food was not good at all and they only open up one restaurant a day besides the Buffett so the options are not as advertised on Expedia. The beach was not cleaned and had so much sargassum and we could not swim in it or even sit close to it.

We had a great stay at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana. It’s a really nice resort, especially for families with kids—there’s tons of fun activities and entertainment to keep them busy all day. The service was excellent overall, but we want to give a special shoutout to AUDIANELLY at the buffet. She went above and beyond every evening, making sure our family had everything we needed and always checking in with a smile. That kind of attention really makes a difference. Definitely a great choice if you’re traveling with kids and want a fun, easy, and well-taken-care-of vacation.

Great water park, good facility, comfortable and clean rooms. Poor food services. In term of quality and variety. Main issue was the staff being very miss coordinated. I was misinformed in repeated ocassions. Received different informations from different team members. If you plan to visit, make sure to download the app and double check everything you are told. Frequent Closed restaurants and bars that did not open in the full length of my stay.

Staff were warm, helpful and friendly, but could hardly communicate in English. The overall experience was good, specially for kids, but the maintenance of the buildings has room to improve. The night shows are great, the food is ok (specially because there are a lot of different options and varieties), but don't expect luxury restaurant quality. Half of the restaurants were closed during our stay. The beach was not good in August (too much sea weeds) and the weather was too hot and humid, but inside the room/restaurants/kids club it was ok. I give the resort 7.5 out of 10.

Great family resort! Everything is well-maintained and there is a wonderful variety of food with five restaurants and a buffet. My only complaint is the snack areas, which often ran out of staples like fries and sauces. The bars could also use some improvement. Overall, a good stay!

I enjoyed how clean they maintained the rooms. Not happy about all the issues I had on my first day with room key/bracelet not working. I literally spend majority of my day walking back and forth to front desk to get it fixed with no positive results until the 2nd day. In my opinion the staff was mainly concerned with serving alcoholic beverages and keeping the adults satisfy in order to receive a tip. This is a kids resort so I feel that the attention should be more focus on making kids their first priority, due to it being a kids resort. I have only 2 staff members that went far and beyond which is the only reason I extended my stay an extra day. Front office GEURY and EMILIO @ Explorer buffet. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Family friendly I would say in the day time. As soon as it hits night time, it seems like staff is only concerned to cater to adults in order to receive tips.

The Nickelodeon characters barely appear. This is the entire reason families book here. Sightings are rare, and then photos with them are sold as a paid add-on. My kids noticed and asked about it more than once. The room. FLAT Suite, building 6. No beach view, and nothing about it justified what this stay cost. That is the pattern: charge a premium for the theme, deliver a fraction of it, and monetize the gap. It works because most families book without knowing and stay quiet afterward. We are not doing that. The one thing this resort gets right is its people. Zuleika, Alexis and Francisco at the infinity pool looked after our family every single day, and Rubén at Verdello Sicilian Kitchen gave us the best service of the trip. They deserve better than what management hands them to work with. Warm staff, weak product. We would not stay again.

Our overall stay was lovely. We really enjoyed our suite, with its wrap around balcony and view of the pool area and beach/ocean. Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive, though room service was quite slow. The pool areas and waterpark were really nice -- plenty of chairs, umbrellas and opportunity to be in or out of the sun. The food, overall, was a bit disappointing, though there were some good items and dining experiences. Bar service throughout the resort was very good. Great experiences always available for young kids who are into the Nickelodean characters. There were many things offered that were an upcharge, and lots of solicitation for time share presentations. We enjoyed this family vacation.

Everything was terrible. It’s supposed to be an all inclusive resort but when we go to get drinks at the pool we were told we need to pay. Order stuff to drink from room service it never came we had to go all the way to the lobby to get it. Snack bar only restocking with two chips when it’s 4 of us in the room. Room was not cleaned well. The cart would be available but some how we were never being picked up maybe we didn’t fit the elite standard. These are just some things I can remember rn but this is by far the worse stay I’ve had and the worse experience overall. I’ve been traveling and has stayed by regular hotels that weren’t all inclusive and it was wayyy better.
