I went for my honeymoon and let's just say I gained 10 happy pounds coming back the food was great the vibes were awesome and even the side for only adults was a plus, want to bring my kids sometime in the near future 10/10. The staff was so respectful and very prompt with anything we needed and wanted.

This is my second time staying at that hotel, and the service staff is very good. I will stay there again. The only thing is that the beach has seaweed, I know they were cooperating fully with that, it will be cleaned daily, but I can't wait until we can use the beach

The concierge Jose was very attentive and responsive whenever I had a question. He also saved me over $200 on travel back to Santo Domingo by recommending a shuttle bus that runs from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo airport! I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to El Beso.

The rooms could use a bit of an update, but honestly for the price it was exactly what we imagined! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, pools were great. It was nice and calm, not too crowded or overrun with people. The beach had the seaweed or whatever it’s called but still lots of beach to walk and lay down. I wish there were a couple more restaurants but other than that it was a solid resort, very nice for couples 10/10 for sure! I would definitely come back here.

Had a swim up suite, room was clean and well maintained, pool was cleaned nightly. Our concierge was very attentive, messaged in the morning, booked dinner reservations, and answered questions. Resort was meticulously kept. The issue we had was the rest of the staff. Many would communicate very little, there was a language barrier but we felt avoided often. The food is also not great. Buffet was the worst option, specialty restaurants were better but left something to desire. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the el beso restaurant. As a budget resort we didn’t have super high expectations but the staff and food could use some attention.

This resort was truly amazing to stay at everything was clean. The staff were truly amazing. Anytime we needed help we asked anyone we saw and they would help us immediately. I’m not sure why this property does not have many reviews yet, but I would recommend everyone to check them out. The pool was beautiful. The only thing I have to say is considering they have an adult only side. The pool does close very early as well as the pool bar. In my opinion since it’s for adult, I’d recommend you’d keep it on longer. You definitely have more people checking you out other than that it’s amazing. The restaurants were amazing. I know people complain about all inclusive, not having good food, but the food we had was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there was always something to do. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety of options available throughout our stay. Every meal offered something different, and the quality was consistently good. The only downside was the beach. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations compared to the rest of the resort experience. However, everything else was fantastic and made up for it. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely consider returning.

This is a fabulous resort. Food was on point. The staff goes out of their way whether it be bartenders waitress housekeeping they are all fantastic. The only downfall is if you want a chair or a cabana by the pool, you have to get up by 6 AM.
