The property is big, staff are very nice and helpful specially their concierge. The food in the buffet was the same and not a lot of choices for lunch/snacks. We looked forward to the themed restaurants food is good. Overall it’s a nice place for vacation specially if you have kids.

The decoration host ( Yenniffer ) was amazing and helped me plan a surprised anniversary dinner for my wife and family members, she was very professional, friendly, and had an amzing ideas. Also the waiters she assigned for our anniversary dinner ( Fernando and Gabriel ) were amazing, very friendly and had an excellent service.

Nice resort, food was on par for all inclusive, clean, etc. but the staff was much different than our experiences traveling yearly to Cancun.. Also beware of the typical "free premium breakfast" which we declined, hearing from others later this was their 2 hours morning sales pitch for the timeshare club (fairly typical for these resorts in general).

The staff at the buffet were excellent especially Ana. she was great. The food at the buffet was ok. Nothing special. The food in the other restaurants was below average and didn’t have air conditioning. The rooms were very outdated. The bellhops never informed me of my pickup waiting in the front for my transport to the airport almost missing my flight. They promised me a VIP breakfast which never happened because soon as we sat down with a nasty employee named RUDY.who was trying to sell us a premium membership and since we didn’t want the member he made us get up And leave. Plenty of activities for the family. The night shows were nice. But at the end. I would not recommend this hotel..

We had a great time at Grand Serenis. The number of dining options for supper was extensive. We didn’t eat at every restaurant and were there for 8 nights. Be sure to plan ahead and make reservations as soon as you arrive. The property is easy to get around and everything is accessible. The rooms could use some updating, but overall, our stay was great.
