"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit
However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that.
Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

"The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied.
So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children. "
"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "

"I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Alcúdia. I also really enjoyed the buffet style food, great variety. "The most unreal hotel with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff members. We had the most lovely time eating the most yummy food provided by the hotel, lovely bar, lovely pools over looking the beach and some really fun live music in the evenings.
One weakness is if your room is on the ground floor like ours you can hear people in the bar until late at night if you don’t have ear plugs, and then in the early hours of the morning we got woken up most mornings by the cleaners as the cleaning cupboard was right outside our door which was a bit inconvenient hearing this every morning "
