"The image of the hotel shows the ocean and it is not near the water. There is mention of use of a gym and there is no gym in the vicinity - there is one at a distance that had a fee of 15 euros. Overall I found this to be deceptive marketing. There was no one there to welcome us and the staff were at an affiliated hotel. While the staff were exceptionally nice - the arrival was disorganized. The room layout with the deck was odd in that there was no sink in the room with the toilet and the stand up shower was outside on the deck."

"We had a water leak in the house. We quickly got in contact with service and got help. Even if the problem couldn’t to full extent be fixed at the time we could still stay and got a fair compensation. The service agent Gabriel is 5 stars. We could have felt more even better if the decision on compensation had come earlier."
