"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. "Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."
