Overall we had a great time in Mallorca and didn't find this hotel to be bad, but don't expect a palace! It was a bit tired, cleanliness could be improved, and the food left a lot to be desired. We were there with two kids ages 9 and 12. Had really lovely interactions with the reception staff, they were great. We had a poolside room with a lovely view. Beds were fine but the sofa beds were not. Firstly they were made up from the previous guests with used sheets etc. We needed one bed, housekeeping made up that one but left the other dirty bed. The blankets did not seem washed, they were stinky, and the sofa beds were old and hard. As such we ended up sleeping with three in the one bed in the bedroom. Thankfully even though there were a few activities on, we didn't find the rooms to be too loud. The outdoors at the hotel are nice and the location to the beach is really easy - 2 min walk and you're there. Also is close to the town center so easy to reach everything. Indoor pool and sauna facilities aren't great. Pool is small, hot tub is not really hot and we couldn't tell if it was cleaned etc and staff did not monitor the pool so there were often teenagers in there being rowdy and the edges of the pool were dirty. It wasn't warm enough to swim outdoors so we ended up going to another hotel and bought day passes to swim there. Food...we had half board and if we were to go back we wouldn't do a package with food. Found many things to be inedible and not fresh.
