"Fantastic spot, pretty much swimming in Mediterranean by yourself. No big crowds like east and south coast. Parking not good as no lot, so have to find it on street which was quite a few blocks away one night. Restaurant only used one night but was good. Loved going into town for fantastic vibe and short drive to mountains for scenery."

"The image of the hotel shows the ocean and it is not near the water. There is mention of use of a gym and there is no gym in the vicinity - there is one at a distance that had a fee of 15 euros. Overall I found this to be deceptive marketing. There was no one there to welcome us and the staff were at an affiliated hotel. While the staff were exceptionally nice - the arrival was disorganized. The room layout with the deck was odd in that there was no sink in the room with the toilet and the stand up shower was outside on the deck."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."

"We were upgraded, but the apartment was very large, clean and well-equipped. The only issue was with Expedia’s check-in instructions, which were to do this at their sister hotel a short distance away. Unable to do as instructed by Expedia, we rang the helpline to find out that check in is done at the apartments. Once this was established, all was well - and the person on the helpline was very professional"
