We love the location as its a beautiful part of the island and the lake makes for a fantastic outlook from the balcony

on the outskirts of town but still only 10 min walk to centre

In fact it is an okay “ appartment” hotel with good price per value. Appertment was big enough for a family with two teenagers. Well equiped kitchen , washing machine, etc. Breakfast (we ordered) was good and the person who served us was friendly. What was not really good: distance from the beatch is far to walk there (3-4 km) This is among the last buildings. Sorrounding is not nice, but not annoying. All in all we enjoyed the stay we went to the beach by car.
