I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome!
