"Lovely, romantic, authentic place. Private terrace for sunning. Rooftop terrace for byo sunset drinks. No elevator, and check-in person as well as included breakfast are at restaurant down the street."
"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. Itâs been lovely! "
"Fantastic hotel, rooms a little dated but some much going on for families we were only in there to sleep.
Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect.
All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!"

"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit
However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that.
Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...
"Nice hotel clean bed was comfy for the older generation I think no music around the pool which I did miss.. hotel next door cheap for water red rum pub down the road excellent pizza 20 mins walk into town good location if youâre a cyclist "
"Comfortable basic hotel that is fine for the price. Breakfast Buffet is good, the rooms are basic but fine for the price. Two things that we did not enjoy, the daily charge for the safe in the room and the two hotel staff dancing by the pool with loud music when you are trying to relax. "

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely.
The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner.
My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely.
The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again. "
"The most unreal hotel with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff members. We had the most lovely time eating the most yummy food provided by the hotel, lovely bar, lovely pools over looking the beach and some really fun live music in the evenings.
One weakness is if your room is on the ground floor like ours you can hear people in the bar until late at night if you donât have ear plugs, and then in the early hours of the morning we got woken up most mornings by the cleaners as the cleaning cupboard was right outside our door which was a bit inconvenient hearing this every morning "
"Bad smell emanating from bathroom. Smell so bad it caused headache. Mold or sewage smell. I suspect the drop ceiling in bathroom has allowed water vapor to collect in the space above. Poor design to utilize a drop ceiling in such a space. That entire ceiling tile area should be removed and cleaned then sealed to prevent water vapor entry. "
