We have had a wonderful stay at Petit Palau Boutique Hotel.The arrival arrangements made by owner for entry were so well explained and simple to follow. The room allocated was beautifully set out with coffee machine and condiments and wonderful air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was varied and provided for every dietary requirement. The position of the hotel inside the walls of the old town is peaceful and relaxing with wonderful restaurants within walking distance and endless picturesque narrow streets to explore where shops just appear thru doorways. Thanks have to go to the Hostess Joana .We hope to return next year

TRUTH

Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!! Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone approx 20 euros I was both shocked and annoyed next morning I spoke to reception before they left and later had the humiliation of the maid saying she thought it was a tip, to say I was annoyed and embraced is an understated The lady gave me back what she thought she had taken but that made it worse why would you take loose change I would have given her a good ti[p. I will never stay here again and cannot believe the attitude of the owner I would of offered a full refund at the least but I came away with less change than I left very disappointed AVOID THIS ACCOMODATION

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit insg. 5 Zimmern am Stadtrand von Alcudia (Altstadt). Die Lage ist super, Einen Block vom Treiben auf der Hauptstraße entfernt, daher schön ruhig. Parken ist gegenüber in der Straße von Müller/Eroski zu jeder Zeit möglich oder auf dem dahinter liegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz - zu Fuß nicht einmal 5 Min. Optisch alles sehr sauber, schön und modern. Dennoch mit einem tollen, passenden Flair zum mallorquinischen Stil. Joana war super! Checkin problemlos per Schlüsselbox auch später am Tag möglich. Joana hat uns viele tolle Tipps geggeben, wie schöne Buchten & Strände, die nicht so touristisch sind und tolle Restauranttipps. Frühstück war klein & süß, aber einfach gehalten. Da wir aber allgemein selten frühstücken, war das für uns allgemein irrelevant. :) Wir würden & werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Idéalement situé au coeur de la vieille ville d'Alcudia. La chambre deluxe bénéficie d'un accès à une terrasse avec vue sur la vieille ville: top!!. Très agréable le soir pour contempler les étoiles. La chambre est silencieuse. Très bon accueil. Bon petit-déjeuner. Proche parking publique pour garer son véhicule. Et point de départ idéal pour visiter le Nord de Majorque. .
