Great motel that accommodates for pets also easy parking with restaurant on site . The rooms are clean with air conditioning and a strong shower can’t fault it and the staff are lovely have been staying here for years

The check-in was easy. The room was very quiet. There are a couple of good eating places (Thai and Italian) within a 2-3 minute walk. Room was clean and tidy.

Reception is not manned, you have to phone for one of the cleaners to come. Parking is very tight. Room needs a deep clean. But for something cheap, and walking distance to Newmarket, its OK.

Very misleading accommodation advertising

When booking this for two work colleagues, it stated it was 4 star accommodation and it looked clean, tidy and modern. The reality was very different!!!
