We stayed here as we had an early morning flight the following day and the property provided free car parking for up to a week as well as a free shuttle to and from the airport. The people were friendly that we dealt with. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and was clean, tidy and spacious. I would stay here again for this same scenario.

Our room was not clen up to standard hair in the bathroom hair where the plate where dishes/ cutlery not clen food Crums all thought the cupboards vey old room needs to be updated duvets on the bed had holes was very disappointed as the photos on the website looks so nice

Reception was helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable. Good service by housekeepers always giving good service when asked for something eg towels shampoo etc. Did have a few things missing cutlery plates blankets which i asked housekeeping and gave.

I arrived late and was met by lovely Manager at Airport who drove me to Hotel . He provided the best customer service and care as I was traveling by my self . The rooms were very clean and the hotel was well priced. It’s old style buildings but very well priced and so close to airports.

It was good for sleeping the night but the room stank like a wet dog. I think animals had been there at some point because we had to spray that room thoroughly, just to get to sleep.

Great value for money - 7 of us fitted well in the 2 bedroom. Was clean. But it old and a little decrepit. Holes in net curtains. Lots of bumps and brusies around the place. Kitchen stuff is missing and has been cleaned by previous guests not cleaners and it shows. We aimed to cook but gave up. Kitchen is tiny. Laundry is only $2 for a wash and $2 for dryer. Very friendly staff which is why we have given it 3 star instead of 2. Carparking is VERY tight. Big utes etcs might struggle. Probably wouldnt stay again if we could afford something else.
