"The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing ! The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good . Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints ! The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and pics from the top of the ropeway were okay for a walk around but not much to do/ see . "

"The place felt like a dream! From the outfit you wear throughout your stay to the hot springs outside that made you feel free. The staff was incredibly friendly and I’d recommend it for anyone."

"Definitely accommodation suited for holiday makers with a car. Facilities were immaculate. Limited dining options but able to walk 6-7 minute to train station to Hakone for dinner. Bus 4-5 minutes. "

"Nice staff, room smells like mold. Had to request to change room twice, nice hot springs. Breakfast is ok. "

"We enjoyed the ocean view, private onsen in the balcony, nice breakfast, relaxing lounge on 2nd Fl (but music too loud) and location of the hotel. Only thing we did not like was the slippery tiles in the shower. I almost fell, the tiles were slippery & there is no grab bar. Very dangerous and I started to wear the black slipper you put outside in the balcony when I took the shower. "
