We booked a comfort double room with table, non smoking room and found the room clean, small & comfortable you might need to move a few things around to make it more spacious but that is the same in most room of that size in Japan. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a excellent position with a metro line just around the corner, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.the breakfast at the hotel was lovely with plenty of space between tables so it felt quite spacious. My verdict is we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!
