"Venerable Heathrow hotel which does a fine job of turning round rooms quickly for tired passengers. Full facilities, including an excellent gym. Every one is switched on to getting guests in and out quickly. Comfy modernised rooms. My only quibble is that the shuttle to T5 was chargeable. In fact, for the same price on the bus, myself and my partner just took an Uber which made life that little bit easier."

"I had never stayed at a hotel before and after a rather rough flight and receiving my luggage broken, I was not in a good mood. Thanks to the staff and other guests my mood changed. If you are into turn down service, mints on your pillow and towels twisted into animal shapes, this is not your place to stay. But if you like a laid back atmosphere with people who treat you like family this is it. I shared a room with 5 college age kids, (I'm 67) was invited to dine with a large group of tourists from Italy, and made friends."

"Great location by the airport for a long layover. Can take the 432 bus to and from the airport for 2 British pounds, highly advise this over Uber or Taxies. Nice restaurant on sight, clean rooms, exactly what you would expect from a Marriot property."

"It does exactly what it's intended for as a quick sleep over by the airport for a decent price. Take the HOPPA bus to and from the airport. It's quite easy and convenient. 7 pounds each way. about 10 mins away with stops. Hotel itself has restaurants and snacks in lobby. Rooms are decent, wouldn't stay here long than what was needed which was a night. It's worth it if you're looking for cheaper close to airport."
