If you like an old fashioned cottage then this is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated. The owner is both friendly and helpful. We loved it.

It was great to be able to stay in period style accommodation for something different. The owners were super friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Arrowtown so easy access to walks and shops and cafes

The place was quaint with a lot of character. Even though the cottages were old, they had been updated and were quite spacious. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to town.

Jayne was excellent at meeting our needs. We had a couple of extra requests and she was able to make it all work for us. Jayne and Carl were both lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The motel is so convenient we could walk everywhere and we got great recommendations about restaurants and a taxi to take us out of town. Would stay there again and price was right.

We had a lovely time at Settlers Cottage Motel which was so handy for all of Arrowtown (a hidden gem of natural beauty with wonderful shops, restaurants and trails.) Carl and Jane were great hosts and were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Settlers Cottages was a perfect place to base ourselves for a few days. The owners were very helpful and the rooms beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We hired an e-bike from the motel for a few hours and relaxed in the lovely garden afterwards. Highly recommend.

Owners very friendly and helpful, rooms and property decorated in an old timey style with lots of little knick knacks about that were nice. Kitchenette had everything needed to make our own meals, everything else was good. Just a nice place to stay.

We had such an amazing stay at Settlers Cottage Motel. The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff are fantastic. We only stayed one night on our travels however would have loved to have stayed longer! We will be back.
