"Great convenient hotel in the downtown core. Our family stayed here while attending a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We used the gym and pool which were great. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. Underground parking was available for us. Highly recommend. "The resort has improved its service s lot since our last visit last year. Great pool and large, comfortable rooms. The pool never has towels and now, rather than simply offer enough towels, a staff member occasionally shakes the guests down to see if they took more than one towel or if they're sneaking towns to their room. Like, we were questioned about our towels and had to give our room number and name to be allowed to leave the pool area when THERE WERE NO TOWELS for guests to use. He was literally guarding an empty towel cupboard. Are the towels made of gold cloth or something? I've never experienced a hunger games for pool towels like this before. Bring your own towel and you'll have a great time. "
