The Staff were very helpful the entrance can be missed as the check in lobby is on the 25th floor but at ground level there is usually someone there to direct you. The rooms are nice and the views are amazing.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the service was good, and I enjoyed my experience. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the toiletries provided, as they were not very good. Other than that, everything was great.
