"PROS The hotel’s location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood close to transportation, shops, restaurants and situated on one of the loveliest canals in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, loved the windowed balcony and very much appreciated having coffee/tea and refrigerator provided. Housekeeping did a great job👍 CONS Those with mobility issues will find lots so stairs...

"The staff here was absolutely wonderful! When I arrived at 9am from a different hotel, my room was ready! I stayed close to the center because I came for the weekend to celebrate Kingsday. The location was so close to everything and was even near two of my favorite restaurants! It is a 5 minute walk to the Anne Frank House too. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most likely stay here next time I come to Amsterdam. "
