This is one of the more luxurious properties in Amsterdam which care about their guests. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, they even offered us umbrellas upon leaving the hotel in the rain! Housekeeping were extremely efficient as we asked for a couple of things. The rooms were plush with a wonderful jet bath and separate shower, Loccitaine products in the bathrooms, complimentary treats in the beautiful lobby area for people to snack on. Will certainly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The location was very central. Hotel has a very unique feel about it. Interior design it excellent. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel

Loved the decor in this hotel - really opulent. Great location too - on the edge of the 9 streets area. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom fabulous - a jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower and two washbasins. Plus L'Occitane products- nice touch. We were in a deluxe room and it was worth the extra. We only had breakfast once - it was very good but expensive if you dont tend to eat a lot for breakfast. The free hot drinks and treats in the lounge area were much appreciated- the hot chocolate and choice of loose leaf teas in particular. The service was mixed - generally friendly but occasionally I did feel I was being tolerated! The one gripe I had - no option to make tea in our room. Just coffee. So if tea is your early morning tipple of choice, room service is your only option.
