Staff was very nice and helpful. Window couldn’t be shut so it was breezy and the thermostat was difficult to decipher. The bathroom was clean and the bed but some of the surfaces , nooks and crannies could have been cleaner.

The hotel is very near the central train station and our room was quiet with a beautiful view of the canal. My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the sink was very low, the bathroom lighting was not enough, and there was no electric outlet near the bed. However, the staff was excellent and the location was great. Definitely worth it

Good hotel to stay in Amsterdam, close to Amsterdam Central. I’ve stayed with my 17-years old daughter for 5 nights. Originally (1st night) we’ve got a very small room, it would be tough to enjoy our stay. But we’ve got a bigger room with the court yard windows for the rest of our stay and it was a very nice and comfortable accommodation. The location of this hotel is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and transportation, but a bit too close to Red Light District, so it could be crowded and stressful sometimes

Hotel is perfect location. We arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave you bags in the luggage storage room. The staff were so friendly and called me after check out as I left an item behind. Staff are always around, the desk is named 24/7. The room was a good size. A little bit of wear and tear but nothing you wouldn’t expect. The shower was a good size. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel CC is a great hotel, we travelled with another couple. Our room was in the basement with a view of the canal and the other room was on the firat floor with canal view also. The rooms were spacious for Amsterdam and the hotel was updated, clean and the staff were wonderful. In the morning you bring your coffee cup to the front desk and get a cappuccino and take it back to your room to enjoy the view. The hotel is steps away from the train station and 2 blocks off the main drag. There are plently of shops, café and restaurants within walming distance. For being so close to amenities, the hotel room waa very quiet. The Red Light district is a few blocks away but don't let that influence your decision. I will be back to hotel CC.
