"Boutique hotel, welll located on uws. We appreciated the coffee and some breakfast items were available in their lobby. They have a little happy hour and 5 to 7 also in the lobby. The room was modern and clean, nothing remarkable but nice. The room could’ve used a little more light. Well priced for Nyc"

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"Hotel was super close to Times Square. Lobby was quite the vibe. Construction on 46th st was brutal for first night stay, but hotel staff were super accommodating and switched our room to one that was super quiet. Great location. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. "
