We were greeted by a helpful staff the moment we arrived at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the fact that it came with a well equipped kitchenette. The view we had of the city and Central Park from the large windows was also a plus. All in all we totally enjoyed our stay.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Rivals Ritz and and Mandarin Oriental in quality of guest experience. Room was well appointed, clean and modern. Location is unbeatable. Will stay again.

The building doesn’t have a front lobby area to sit in enabling one to chill out . The 4 chairs are usually busy. The restaurant area and bar are franchised out and the front desk for this area is not very user friendly. The main restaurant food is high quality. The park view rooms have outstanding views. Best part of the stay.

From beginning to end me and my families 4 day experience was A+ All questions were answered and all requests were met. If you’re wanting a Great experience for you and your Fam, this is where to go. To be fair the only thing that could have better was the pool size and depth. It’s saltwater so that’s neat but the depth is only 4ft.

Room felt more like a full apartment than a hotel suite, which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. I wish there were toothbrushes in the room; we needed dental kits and it took several calls to the front desk to get them.

The staff at the Trump Hotel, Central Park, West,New York City, are consummate professionals. Situated just across from New York Central Park in Midtown, location is great. And I believe it has very good price/value relationship. It’s also nice to have a nice pool for laps in New York City.
