The staff was amazing. All very friendly and communicate well. The things we had concerns about are minor, but IMO can be attended to and makes you think what else isn’t being well kept. Toilet paper holder kept falling off, there were no places to hang coats in entry way, no where to hang towels in bathroom. The room was very cramped for two beds.
Out of 4 days of staying here, they only cleaned the room once (it was on the third day). Requested the front desk for new towels but it never came so we had to get it ourselves. Hallways don’t have AC, elevators take forever
Nonetheless, great area and convenient location.
Great (responsive) staff, especially Kimberley. Any concerns were dealt with promptly. Good advice about local dining. Efficient shuttle service to airport.
