"The hotel location is prime. Far enough outside of Times Square that it’s not super noisy, but right between Times and Central Park. My only complaint is that we paid for an early check in and they lost that reservation, blaming it on me. Said they “didn’t have any rooms available.” When I came back with proof, they magically had a room available. Curious. Be ready to wait for elevators. Who designed the elevator system?! Having eight fully functional elevators and still waiting TEN MINUTES for an elevator was ridiculous!"
