"Check in was quick. The front desk was extremely helpful when needed (for an extra towel). Hotel was very clean and well kept upon entering and in the rooms. Location was perfect for a very quick walk to Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and many other areas of interest. Coffee/cafe right outside of the entrance, as well. Only issue was the elevator service. Mornings (checkout time) both days there were only two of four elevators in service...eventually leading to the14 floor hike down. "

"This is a prime location for exploring NYC. Right at Times Square and super close to a subway station. Many great food options conveniently right outside the front door. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were some of the nicest folks I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Highly recommend. "

"I used to stay here when it was the Mela, always enjoyed my time in this boutique theatre district hotel. It closed for a while due to covid, but is back beautifully renovated and better than ever. I loved how some of the staff remembered me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. "
