I contacted the hotels out-of -hours number about 6 times and left a voicemail - no one called me, I also sent a number of messages on their WhatsApp number but no one responded eventhough I saw they had read the message, I had to contact...

"On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night"

"The room smelled no working extractor fan in bathroom the bath taps leaked someone had wiped the floor around it he toilet with paper leaving bits on the floor in the bedroom under the table was a hair clip and a hand roll cigarette filter plus a few cobwebs The bed was clean and comfortable i dont know why i was given a disabled persons room. "Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money...
