"Everything was amazing. In room dining was so nice we had it 3 times in 4 days."

"The hotel it self is great however I didn't think the fact that the hotel bar closed at 5pm was very good for a 5 star hotel. This should be open for guests. Also myself and my friends had to order before 5pm and we sat there for 4 hours and no one cleared our dishes etc. I also think that for a 5 star hotel to have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall in large bottles isn't good enough. That is more of a 4 star thing. It just seems tacky. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and great!"

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
