Location above all, particularly if you like Ponsonby: just around the corner from the Three Lamps end, with all the options of those blocks have to offer. Large grocery store down the hill. Short uber or longer walk to CBD and harbors. A great base for a large group."

For a longer stay clothes storage might be an issue as most of the wardrobe (could do with more hangers), bedside tables and chest of drawers were taken up with the owner's personal belongings.
